What are the earrings made out of?

Polymer clay! Which is a durable material.

Are they hypoallergenic?

Yes! All earrings are hypoallergenic stainless steel. All pieces are nickel free and safe for sensitive ears unless otherwise stated.

We also offer plastic earrings as an extra form of comfort. They work great for sensitivity, or children's ears.

Are they heavy?

Nope! Each pair of clay earrings weighs less than .5oz or less.

How do I take care of my earrings?

Always handle your earrings gently. They are durable but not indestructible. Do not sleep in earrings, get them wet, or wear in extreme conditions.

How do I clean the clay?

Use a microfiber cloth or makeup wipe to clean clay. Do not submerge in water.

How do I clean the metal?

Polish and renew metal and brass pieces with your favorite brand. Avoid the clay when polishing.

Do you offer returns?

Due to hygienic purposes, I do not offer returns. Please be sure you are confident about your earrings before you complete your purchase!

Something is wrong/missing from my order. Who do I contact?

My earrings arrived broken. Can I get a refund?

If earrings arrive broken, absolutely. If earrings break at the fault of the customer, I can offer a replacement at a discounted price but no refunds.

My packaged has not arrived/got stolen. What do I do?

Please file a claim with USPS! Once a package is out of my hands, I am no longer responsible for it.
